Our team collaborated closely with the client to design a sophisticated apartment complex that would not only enhance the daily lives of residents but also stand out as a landmark within the Alanya skyline. Our focus was on crafting an elevated living experience, meticulously integrating a range of premium amenities, including a spa featuring a Turkish bath, sauna, and massage therapy services. We designed two pools – an indoor and outdoor option – to cater to both leisure and fitness needs. To ensure a seamless living experience, we incorporated an on-site cleaning service to handle apartment maintenance and keep the complex pristine.

Our design team carefully considered a variety of one and two-story floor plans, prioritizing comfort and functionality for discerning residents. Each living space is a testament to our attention to detail, featuring high-end finishes and smart technology for a modern, effortless lifestyle. The strategic positioning of the Ceray Tower was crucial in our design approach, ensuring that residents have easy access to Alanya’s beautiful beaches, vibrant city center, and captivating natural landscapes.

At Hauser Studio, we take pride in creating spaces that transcend the ordinary, and the Haft Khan Restaurant in Shiraz is a prime example of our design philosophy. We envisioned a restaurant that would seamlessly blend the timeless elegance of Persian tradition with a modern, bold aesthetic.

The result is a breathtaking architectural masterpiece. Our team meticulously crafted a striking facade that incorporates ornate tilework and ornamental archways, creating a harmonious interplay of old and new. We then designed a double-height atrium, its soaring ceilings accentuated by strategically placed skylights, to create an airy, inviting ambiance.

The interior design is a symphony of traditional and contemporary elements, reflecting our signature attention to detail. We selected rich, earthy tones of natural stone and dark wood to create a sense of warmth and intimacy, while incorporating sleek, minimalist furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows to infuse the space with refined elegance.

The Haft Khan boasts a variety of intimate alcoves and cozy nooks for private gatherings, as well as an expansive main dining room capable of accommodating larger parties. We carefully curated the seating arrangements to ensure an optimal flow of service and a comfortable, luxurious experience for all guests.
